EDFA Product Engineer （EDFA产品工程师)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Review and complete product documentation for production readiness.
2. Technically support to contract manufacturers to ensure on time delivery Provide training to CMs technical staff.
3. Provide DFM/ DFA (Design for Manufacturing, Design for Assembly) feedback to the product design team during the design phase of new products.
4. Review and complete product documentation for production readiness
5. Lead failure analysis on returned products from our customers
6. Drive continuous improvement programs with CM on product quality and cost reduction.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor degree or above in optics, opto-electronics, physics or equivalent technical discipline Master and PhD is preferable
2. Be familiar with principle, characteristics and typical application of passive/active optical components Profound knowledge on free space optics, fibre optics, physical optics and laser principle.
3. Deeply understanding of functionality, integration and application of optical modules
4. Understanding of test methodology for optical components/module/subsystem and be familiar with related test equipments Good English communication skill
5. 2 years or above NPI, development or equivalent engineering experience of optical components, module, subsystem or system.
6. Experience of passive components/modules such as interleaver, DGE, wavelength blocker, Mux/Demux is preferable Experience of program management is preferable.
7. Experience with embedded system and control system is a plus.
8. Experience with computer language like C# and VB is a plus.
RMO Product Engineer (RMO产品工程师)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. In possession of end to end product knowledge, able to evaluate changes in process, test and material.
2. Release and maintain the product BOM and related technical documents.
3. Drive the product yield/scrap improvement activities to meet the production target and productlifecycle criteria.
4. Responsible for investigating RMA’s and report writing.
5. Drive the product cost reduction and quality improvements.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. BSc/BEng/MSc/MEng (or equivalent) in Electronic Engineering/Physics/Optical Communications or similar discipline.
2. 3+ years experience in working on Passive components and modules. Micro Optics Working experience is preferable.
3. Deep understanding of optical passive and active components/modules and performance.
4. Deep understanding of telecom/component test
5. Good knowledge of the digital and analog electronic circuit and systems.
6. Knowledge of Tunable Filter / VOA product process, test, and application is preferable.
7. Working experience in an optic electronic or backbone telecommunication environment is preferable
8. Broad technical background, particularly in telecommunications, electronics, optics and semiconductors is preferable.
9. Good English communication.
Product Engineer 980pump（产品工程师）
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. In possession of end to end product knowledge, able to evaluate changes in process, test and material.
2. Release and maintain the product BOM and related technical documents.
3. Drive the product yield/scrap improvement activities to meet the production target and productlifecycle criteria.
4. Responsible for investigating the RMA and write report.
5. Drive the cost reduction and quality improvement for the responsible products.
REQUIREMENTS:

2. 2+ years experience in working on active components and modules.
3. Deep understanding of optical passive and active components/modules and performance.
4. Deep understanding of telecom/component test
5. Knowledge of golden box product process, test, and application is preferable.
6. Working experience in EDFA, or similar application is preferred
7. Broad technical background, particularly in telecommunications, electronics, optics and semiconductors.
8. Good English communication skill
9. Solid data analysis skill is preferable
III. R&D Product Engineer（产品研发工程师）
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. In possession of end to end transmission product knowledge, able to evaluate changes in process, test and material.
2. Perform overall responsibility for new product design, development and introduction (NPI);
3. Responsible for customer new product Enquiry (CPE);
4. Responsible for transmission product optic design and simulation;
5. Release and maintain the product BOM, related production & technical documents and cost model.
6. Responsible for failure analysis, root cause study and related corrective actions for responsible products.
7. Responsible for the verification for the change or update of product design, process and test to meet business requirement;
8. Drive new product yield/scrap improvement activities to meet business target and productlifecycle criteria.
9. Drive the cost reduction and quality improvement for responsible products;
REQUIREMENTS
1. Master degree or above in Physics, optical engineering, or equivalent engineering discipline;
2. Deep understanding of optical passive and active components/modules and performance.
3. Good knowledge of the digital and analog electronic circuit and systems.
4. 3+ years experience in working on optic communication components and modules. Working experience of tunable transmitter is preferable;
5. Good knowledge of optic and thermal modeling, related working experience on this is preferable;
6. Very strong value or sense on team cooperation and cost & quality control, Initiative and diligent work attitude,
7. Good at written, reading, oral English;
VI. Micro-optic Optic Engineer（光学工程师）
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Perform as member of cross-functional team of engineers on different project assignments focused on the design, modeling, test, and transfer to manufacturing of micro-optical devices and subsystems
2. Review product designs for manufacturability & reliability
3. identifying and developing key process for yield/capacity improvements and cost reduction
REQUIREMENTS
1. Master degree or higher in Physics or optical engineering;
2. 5+ years experience in optical design of micro-optical assemblies/system with including lens & gratings etc;
3. Experienced with optical simulation/modeling tools, like Zemax;
4. Experienced with optical fibers and optical fiber pigtailed devices;
5. Hand-on experience with assembly, alignment and testing of micro-optical systems;
6. Competent team player, capable of working with cross-functional teams including mechanics, electronics, firmware/software etc.
7. Capable of working with Chinese or international suppliers;
