Position Objective: Support China PCSB sales team to maximize sales of PCSB products to customer within the territory.
Position Responsibility:
Support to implement a written territory business strategy. To implement the strategy, the Manager should be able to conduct following responsibility.
i. Pre-sales application support
- Scope of supported products: custom motion systems, Vibration Control, Photonics and Oriel
- Conduct customer lab vibration testing
- Communicate the technical questions with factories.
- Finalize configuration of custom system or sub-assembly requirement, and provide engineering concept sketches (in Word, PowerPoint, or CAD format) feedback to Newport custom motion team
ii. Installation/Troubleshoot
- Custom motion system
- Complicated system or sub-system (VC, motion, photonics)
iii. Training
- Provide training to the end users
- Provide training to distributor, A&P
iv. After-sales application support
- Trouble shooting
- Communicate the application problems with factories
Support to implement corporate objective.

Support distributor in the region to achieve sales objectives.
Product Lines:
All PCSB product lines
i. Oriel Light Source, Solar Simulator.
ii. Custom motion and vibration control product.
Customers:
Develop key industrial and OEM accounts, as well as key SCI customers/projects in the territories. Supporting role to A&P for other industrial and SCI accounts.
Territories:
North-Eastern, North-Western Provinces, Beijing, Chongqing, Tianjin, Sichuan Province, Hebei Province, Hubei Province, Henan Province, Shanxi Province, Shannxi Province.
