我现在在学校只能找到一些很老的资料,且资料中这部分内容又很少,希望各位能帮小
弟一把!
  我想作一个有关电光调Q激光器,各位能否给一些参数,或在那能找到关于这方面的
论文,谢谢

AO Q-Switched Systems

  
The LCS Q switched series of diode pumped solid state lasers delivers excellent performance from a low cost compact rectangular package and external power supply. Outputs are available at 266nm, 355nm, 473nm, 532nm, 670nm or 1064nm with pulse energies of up to 1µJ, 5µJ, 15µJ, 20µJ, 20µJ, and 100µJ at 1kHz respectively.

The laser head includes a built in bipolar Peltier effect thermo-electric cooler for the laser pump diode and also for the frequency doubling crystal (where present). Active temperature control circuitry ensures that optimum conditions for both the pump diodes and the frequency doubling optics are maintained inside the head itself. This allows the laser parameters to be stabilised. One important feature of the LCS is that the output power is also stabilised using a closed loop feedback circuit. As a result, highly stable output power of variation less than ±1% is achieved across a wide operating temperature range (15-35°C), automatically.

The laser head is provided with a single phase 240VAC power supply unit. The internal circuitry contained within the power supply protects sensitive components inside the laser from surges or spikes in the mains voltage that would otherwise cause them damage. The power supply unit also provides additional features enabling the output power to be adjusted over the full operating range of the laser. Each LCS-DTL AO Q switched laser has a key switch (on/off), emission indicators, a manual beam shutter and a remote interlock. All CW laser systems have fully adjustable output power, the laser output can be controlled manually from zero to the maximum value specified for laser model, or via the remote interlock input by means of a control voltage. The front panel of the power supply also features a digital readout detailing the laser output power. The laser output power parameters can be adjusted either by pulse energy or by average power. The pulse repetition frequency can also be adjusted from CW up to the maximum operating frequency of the laser head. The power supply unit contains its own built in RF power supply to power the AO Q switch. This can be switched off to disable the Q switch and run the laser in CW power output mode. A single pulse output can be selected and triggered remotely.

In addition there is also the opportunity to modulate the laser output either temporally or in output power by means of external triggering signal through the remote interlock.

The optical output from the laser head is of excellent beam quality and pointing stability. The output is typically better than 95% circular Gaussian fit with a low divergence and M2 of less than 1.1 (typically better than 1.5). The excellent optical quality of the output allows for their use with imaging and vision applications. Furthermore, focussing of the beam to small spot sizes or coupling into singlemode and multimode fibres is possible.

The output of the green and blue lasers can carry noise components at high frequencies (10kHz and above). This is caused by longitudinal modes beating within the laser cavity and may make these lasers unsuitable for those applications requiring low noise output or vision  imaging applications where high speed scanning of the beam takes place.

As the linewidth of the laser is typically 0.1 to 0.2nm, they may be used for low coherence length (small path difference) interferometric and holographic applications.

The lifetime of the laser is rated at greater than 5000 hours of continuous useage at a of 25°C. Operation at low ambient temperatures or cooling below ambient will result in an even longer lifetime. With such long lifetimes as standard, the laser can be installed with confidence in those applications where servicing or replacement may not be easy to implement.

The superior performance of this compact laser head makes it ideally suited to a wide range of technically demanding oem and laboratory applications. The highly economic design and volume production of the LCS series also facilitates their incorporation into highly cost sensitive systems and applications.

只需要进行简单的电光地调q技术
一些较为典型的激光期间结构参数
例如,我要实现居脉冲输出,切脉宽为ns量级,峰值功率为MW量级,应选用何种
工作物质、何种腔型、何种调Q晶体以及相关的性能参数。
还请多多费心!^_^
