标题: 请教：semi-diameter是如何定义的？

一直都没有非常搞得懂这个是如何定义的，在zemax的软件中有一栏是semi-diameter，看手册也没有搞得很明白，因此到这里来问了。
我把这段手册上的英文摘录部分到这里：
The size of each surface is described by the semi-diameter setting. The default setting is the radial distance to the aperture required to pass all real rays without clipping any of the rays. Typing a value for the semi-diameter column results in the character "U" being displayed to the value. The "U" indicates that the semi-diameter is user defined. When a user-defined semi-diameter is placed on a surface with refractive power (which is done by simply typing in a value in the appropriate column),and no surface aperture has been defined, ZEMAX automatically applies a "floating" aperture on the surface. A floating aperture is a circular aperture whose radial maximum coordinate is always equal to the semi-diameter of the surface.
没搞懂这个semi-diameter和radius有和区别？
还有那个floating aperture 也是没有搞得很清楚的。

哪位能否指点一下呢？多谢了！！！

system aperture 好懂，但是这个surface apertures实在是搞不明白。
请大伙帮忙

semi-diameter：指每个面的有效半口径；radius：指每个面的曲率半径；floating aperture：如果选择，程序会自动确定aperture的大小。surface apertures：指自己给定的某个表面的aperture。

您说的还是有些不懂。比如你说的有效半口径，是不是就是面的半口径？其他几个解释也不太明白

semi-diameter 指镜片的实际口径

radius指曲率半径，好比说：若镜片的曲率半径是5，实际口径可以是0－10之间的数

至于floating aperture，我觉得是可变的，程序自己确定

surface apertures 是自己定义的。

不知道对不对，呵呵

在zemax中，若不设定floating aperture程序同样给出了孔径光栏所确定的透镜的有效口径(semi-diameter)，设不设floating aperture有何区别？

semi-diameter的大小是在追迹边缘光线后自动设置的

我觉得没什么区别，前面设定了stop后面的是随你选定的视场而自动设置的

好象semi-diameter是孔径的实际半宽度，也就是说你设置一个半宽度，但是不等于实际光束孔径，就是大于等于实际光束孔径的意思吧
