标题: ASAP 8.03 最新版本

ASAP 8.03 版增加了下面的功能：
CIE:
Fixes:
CIE now correctly plots points in UV space.
CIE will convert wavelength units to nanometers for calculations.
CIE checks stop button and also updates spinner.
BUIDER
New Features:
Added Title option to Picture command.
Added comment line capability in Builder.
Added MouseWheel support to Builder.
Fixes:
Builder was inserting blank lines after each command.
Builder-Find-End works correctly
Fixed minor issue with Decompose command in Builder.
Changed $tic to $Tic in Builder

ASAP 8.0 新增的功能其實不多最多就是ARRAY 可以RANDOM 分佈
