<LI>The maximum number of wavelengths per configuration has been increased from 12 to 24.
<LI>POP now uses a more accurate phase handling algorithm for very fast paraxial and other special surface types. The new algorithm reduces aliasing effects.
<LI>POP fiber coupling using a beam DLL now supports the surface vertex reference option.
<LI>The POPD optimization operand now computes the radius given the percent encircled energy.
<LI>Optimization operand RELI now computes relative illumination considering polarization.
<LI>The geometric encircled energy and GENC/GENF operands all now support a "middle" coordinate reference point.
<LI>The NSC Toroidal Lens object now supports elliptical as well as rectangular and circular aperture shapes.
<LI>New NSC filters X_GHOST and X_SCATTER allow selection of only rays which ghost or scatter a specific number of times.
<LI>Ray tracing to the NSC Detector Surface object is now dramatically faster; as much as 2,000 times faster for detectors with thousands of pixels.
<LI>CAD Export now supports a user selectable tolerance dimension.
<LI>ZPL keyword SOLVETYPE now supports codes for turning off common solves.
<LI>A new option has been added to compute F/#'s using the exit pupil size and position; the method has some application in systems with extremely large image conjugates.
<LI>The Grid Phase surface now supports a shear distance parameter, which models phase shear with respect to field angle. The new feature is used for modeling atmospheric turbulence.
<LI>New optimization operand WLEN returns wavelength value in microns.
<LI>The real image height aiming algorithm now more reliably handles z rotations of the image surface. </LI></OL>
