从这句，我们可以看出热透镜的补偿方法是什么啊？？？

早期的方案提议通过在棒的末端加一个能精确消除棒的聚焦效应的凸面镜或者负透镜的方法来补偿热透镜。

我是想知道那"凸面镜"和"负透镜"这样个加法?怎样个补偿法?那个"ground"是什么意思呢?
