Responsibilities:
• Responsible for developing new chemical process related coating/suspension/phosphor to industry feasibility and transferring and releasing in factory according to developing procedure.
• Process developing and release new coating platform.
• Contact Philips Central Developments or global expert with developing and technical issue.
• Technical support on coating platform/suspension/phosphor in APR.
• Cost innovation with coatings.
Expertise required:
• Bachelor of chemistry or Master of Science.
• Excellent specialty ability, active and ambitious work attitude.
• Good communication with bi-language (Mandarin Chinese and English)
• The basic knowledge and experience of design and process of coating.
• The basic concepts of project management, quality improvement, equipment characteristic and evaluation.
