DESCRIPTIONS - Take care of customers' enquiries and provide prompt service support (e.g. installation, process optimization, trouble-shooting, maintenance). - Keep regular contact with customers on their requirements and follow up outstanding issues, if any. - Develop new customers on own initiative. REQUIREMENTS - Degree holders (BSc or MSc, preferably Optics and Physics) or equivalent with a mature and independent personality. - Working experience in Optoelectronics Industry preferred but not mandatory.
