InfraCal CH水中含油分析仪测量范围 40至2000 PPM，测量精度 40 ppm 分辨率 0.01PPM。InfraCal的型号CH使用蓝宝石窗口专门设计的可重复使用的红外样品板，有100微升进样的能力。适合测量高浓度正己烷，戊烷或Vertrel MECA中提取的水或土壤样品。精确到40 ppm，最小探测极限2ppm.

允许的InfraCal 总的油脂/总石油碳氢化合物分析仪在水质检测石油井场少于10-15分钟。采样需要，可以由非技术人员进行几个简单的步骤。水是用混合溶剂萃取，动摇，然后提交测量的InfraCal仪器的分析。相同InfraCal 总的石油和油脂/总石油碳氢化合物分析仪可用于测量土壤中石油碳氢化合物（TPH），如果发生泄漏或池塘泄漏，以确定污染区域。

这类工具有特别针对现场测量分析而设计的，譬如分析柴油中的生物柴油、汽油中的乙醇中的水份和总甘油三酯、原料中的游离脂肪酸和水的含量。没有或仅具备少量红外分析技术的人就可以操作这些设备。
第一种工具－－－红外卡滤波仪（Infracal filtometer),是一种廉价的、单波分析仪，可用来测量混和柴油中生物柴油或汽油中乙醇的比重。
于税收激励制度和政府的有关规定通常以生物燃料所占的百分比为依据，因此精确地测量生物燃料的比率相当重要。红外卡滤波仪小巧轻便，易于非技术人员使用，利用红外卡可直接读出生物柴油或乙醇的百分比，便于用户在工厂或配售点现场测量混和燃料的成份。
第二种工具－－－红外VFA－IR分光计是一种光谱分析仪，可以测量多种成分的含量。宁可以测量柴油中生物柴油的百分含量，同时在生物柴油反应过程中也可测量总甘油三酯的含量。
这种红外光谱仪可用于判断总甘油三酯含量是滞合格，可以显著地减少分析时间，增加20%的检测量。同时也可用于检测生物柴油原料中游离脂肪酸和水的含量。该分光计小巧、轻便，并且有简便的PC接口供滑经过技术培训的人员使用。因此可以使用户很容易地进行现场测量，就像在质量控制实验室一样方便。

InfraCal CH的工作原理
Infracal型TOG/TPH分析仪是快速测定水和土壤样品中总油脂（TOG）和总石油烃（TPH）浓度的红外光谱方法，其工作原理遵循朗伯-比尔定律。用一束强度为I0的特征红外光照射样品，由于油脂对特征红外光产生吸收，透射光强度减弱为I，样品对特征红外光的吸光度则为A=lg I0/I。根据光吸收的朗伯-比尔定律，吸光度与样品中油脂浓度（C）的关系为A=abC，其中a为吸光系数，b为样品池厚度，即样品的吸光度与油脂浓度成正比。配制一组油脂浓度已知的标定体系，可以求得吸光度与油脂浓度的关系式，根据该关系式和被测样品的吸光度，可以求出被测样品中的油脂浓度。

该型仪器使用专门设计的带有蓝宝石观察窗口的红外样品盘，样品盘可以装载100微升样品，样品盘可以重复使用。适合测定己烷或Vertrel MCA萃取的水或土壤样品中具有较高浓度的TOG和TPH。
