摘  要:提出了一种利用非数控设备成形凹凸扁椭球面的范成法铣磨方法。在范成法铣磨坐标系下,磨头沿z方向进给,采用磨头角度、磨头中心点x坐标和y坐标3个工艺变量的优化组合,实现成形扁椭球面的顶点曲率半径以及二次曲面系数的调整。成形曲面的残余磨削量峰谷值比传统的最接近比较球面的非球面度减少60%,中间80%铣磨口径内,残余磨削量梯度的极值比非球面度梯度的极值减少70%。采用该成形方法铣磨了一块φ500 mm的凹扁椭球镜,成形曲面通光口径内的轮廓与理论成形曲面的最大偏差为0.019 mm。该扁椭球成形方法加工效率高,并且显著降低后续的工作量和加工难度。
A generation method of concave and convex oblate spheroid with non-CNC machine is proposed.The milling cutter translates forward along z axis in the coordinates of generation system .The radius of curvature and conic constant of oblate spheroid are adjustable by the optimized combination of 3 technologic parameters i.e.the angle of milling cutter, the x and the y coordinate of the center of milling cutter.The peak-to-valley ( PV) of resid-ual milling amount of the generated surface is 60% less than the PV of asphericity of traditional closest compared sphere.And the extreme gradient is 70% less than the traditional one in the central 80% generation aperture.A concave oblate spheroid ofφ500mm was generated by the method.The maximal error between the generated surface and the expected surface is 0.019mm.The generation method of oblate spheroid is highly efficient and the residual workload and difficulty can be dramatically reduced.
