美国Wilks公司是世界级的测试设备生产商，在红外光谱领域有雄厚的技术积累。早在1995年，Wilks就把红外测试技术引入石油化工领域，用于测量ppm级别的油脂含量，迄今已经取得了广泛的应用，客户有埃克森美孚、康菲石油、雪佛龙、墨菲石油、巴西石油、西门子、洛斯阿拉莫斯联邦实验室、德事隆集团、太阳石油公司等。

Wilks公司的InfraCal系列水中含油分析仪，包括HATR-T2，CVH，CH，TRANS-SP和ATR-SP等型号，均可测量FOG() and TPH，即总油脂含量、总石油烃含量的标准仪器，被国内外众多石油化工行业的实验室采用，被认为是标准测试仪器。

InfraCal CVH水中含油分析仪采用EPA方法413.2和418.1项或ASTM标准测试法D7066-04项，对应的提取溶剂分别为氟利昂，四氯乙烯，S-316，AK-225或其他红外线透射溶剂进行萃取，这些提取溶剂的特点是都重于水，提取后溶剂沉于水底，再采用相关方法提取出来。由于在分析过程中没有蒸发环节，因此CVH具有更高的测量精度。分析仪配备有一个内置的凹槽，整个分析需要不到10分钟，仪器精度最高可达到为2ppm。

InfraCalCVH的特点

InfraCalCVH水中含油分析仪的原理

Infracal型TOG/TPH红外分析仪是基于快速测定水和土壤样品中总油脂（TOG）和总石油烃（TPH）浓度的红外光谱方法，其工作原理符合朗伯-比尔定律。即用一束强度为I0的特征红外光照射样品，由于油脂对特征红外光产生吸收，透射光强度会减弱为I，样品对特征红外光的吸光度则为A=lg I0/I。根据光吸收的朗伯-比尔定律，吸光度与样品中油脂浓度（C）的关系为A=abC，其中a为吸光系数，b为样品池厚度，即样品的吸光度与油脂浓度成正比。通常厂家出厂时已经用一组溶度已知的待测样品建立了标定体系，用户可以得知吸光度与油脂浓度的关系式，根据该关系式和被测样品的吸光度，可以求出被测样品中的油脂浓度。
