标题: new trend or dead end?
Biophotonics has been a hot topic for 10 years. The investment and research is huge, but few successful achivements. It is not a new trend, but could be an dead end.

partly right, Electronics has natural materials as its information supporting medium.,such as semiconductors,

while Biophotonics don't have such equivalents for its development. That's the POINT!

生物光子学，因为生物研究本身就很复杂，交叉科学难度就可想而知了
