标题: illumination quesition

When I proceed illumination analysis from menu “analysis => Illumination”. I can get results if I use “Aim box for raytrace”. 
On the contrary, can’t get results if I use “Aim into whole sphere”. 
Error message are as follows: 
Warning: Discarding current results. 
Warning: No rays intercepted the receiver. 
Warning: Minimum value = 0.00 Maximum value = 0.00 
 Contour plot will not be drawn
