1.Qualification

n Bachelor of Science, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent. Optic knowledge include Design/manufacturing will be highly valued.

n At lease two years experience with design and mfg.

n Working Knowledge of Engineering Document Systems and issue Control

n Process and Manufacturing exposure or experience

n Good communication,organization time management skills

n Excellent problem solving skills

n Hands on abilities.

n Date driven

n Self motivated, results goal oriented

2.Responsibility

n Set-up and utilize metrology equipment to verify specification conformance.

n Ensure quality level on the current production line.

n Disposition of plant design related issues

n Warranty projects management ( timing, cost.)

n Provide Technical Assessment of Supplier Capabilities

n Support Supplier Development for New Products and Resourced Components

n Cost Determination Estimates to Support New product; RD initiatives

明年四月份毕业，上海同济大学硕士，在读期间设计，并且全程加工、检验两套高精度光学系统（非球面），最终成品精度1/8波长，熟练操作Zemax进行光学系统设计，以及WYGO干涉仪进行光学系统检验。

其他的要求挺多的，但是关于设计方面的要求怎么这么普通呢？

说是招设计的，怎么职责里设计方面不提，光说生产，设备，品质，供应什么的

我看你这个帖子别说招设计人员了，改个名字叫招生产技术吧！
