听说剑桥的振镜是最快的?那它到底有多快呢??那里可以下载到他的资料和说明书看看呢!

速度不是衡量振镜的唯一指标.

我的振镜能做到90us,但线性,振动太大.

还要解决精度,线性,最大角度,耐温,噪音,耐用,保护等问题.

速度的瓶颈又不在振镜这里

又不是把振镜拿来赛跑

再说,负载越轻速度可以提高,镜片和扫描头的设计也会很大程度影响到最终扫描速度,激光标刻的应用是个综合性非常强的因素,上海通用的那个公认了慢的东东偶都跑出比CTI快的速度,楼主莫非是做演示的?

单纯的用振镜来做是做不到的.

或者这是点阵式的,一个字由很少的点的组成的,点与点之间有比较大的间隙的.

是的,速度太快了,激光器这边的调制跟不上来呀,

出来的就是点,而不是线了,

所以打标机的瓶颈不在振镜的速度上,

目前国产的振镜的速度已经够用了,只是精度,和外观的大小上和进口的还差一大截
