1.Provides technical support for vacuum coating; solves problems arising in production on time. Ensures production operators receive enough support when they need.
2.Monitors the process implemented correctly as required. Rectifies any wrong operations and processes. Stabilizes the process conditions.
3.Keeps improving process to achieve higher yield and production efficiency. And updates the relevant document on time.
4.Assists production people to improve the manufacturing environment and cost down.
5.Develops the raw & consumable material to improve the material property.
6.Assists to fix the equipment problems in the vacuum coating areas, to minimize the break down time.
7.Trains the operators on tech and make SOP understood completely by relevant operators.
8.Takes up ad-hoc projects as supervisor assigned.
Requirements
1.University graduate or above. Major in Engineering or related discipline.
2.Fluent in both written and spoken English, and can communicate with foreign colleagues.
3.Good team work spirit, positive and accountable.
4.Over 3 years experience in vacuum coating,
5.Familiar with process of vacuum coating and vacuum coating equipment
6.Experience in vacuum equipment maintenance and design is prefered.
