Qualifications
• Over 3 years experience with industrial laser processing
• Advanced degree (preferably in physics)
• Strong familiarity with laser material interactions
• Strong experience with lasers and optics

Senior Process Engineer
Role / responsibilities
• Lead process engineering team in production group
• Develop opto-mechanical mounting technologies for laser products
• Work with engineering group to establish environmentally robust, high yield processes
• Lead efforts to take engineering units through full release to manufacturing
• Develop manufacturing protocol instructions
• Monitor and optimize manufacturing processes
Qualifications
• Over 3 years experience with opto-mechanical packaging
• Advanced degree (preferably in mechanical or metallurgical engineering)
• Strong familiarity with lasers and related packaging technologies
• Experience with fiber coupling highly desired
• Strong manufacturing experience
• Self motivated
• Highly creative
• Strong communication, presentation and organization skills
