Qualifications:
1. Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Welding, or with similar technical background.
2. Extensive knowledge applying welding technology to manufacturing.
3. Abundant of practical work experience in the field of laser welding.
4. Knowledge of EB welding and CNC is preferred.
5. Well known of metal capability.
6. Ability and desire to be promoted several levels higher.
7. Good oral and written English.
Responsibilities:
1. Guarantee the quality on weld.
2. Responsibility on instruct workers how to operate the equipment.
3. Responsibility on report to production manager when there have weld technology or quality problem. And put in the process report.
4. Responsibility on new welded products’ weld design.
