Qualification:
Degree holder in optical field or related
Experience:
7 years or mores working in the optics (Visible and / or NIR ) manufacturing where 5 or more years supporting process engineering in lens production.
Skills:
Hand-on skills to produce lens with conventional or high-speed production method, covering from design of raw material to polished level or optical cementing level.
Capable to design and produce Work Process sheet to fulfil technical requirement per drawing given
Capable to design tools, jigs and fixtures that related to lens processes like milling holder, blocking tools, lapping tools, centring chuck etc
Good hand-on skill to operate MS office program like spread sheet, word, power point, and Autocad software
Skills and knowledge in conducting process control, trouble shooting, QC tools and techniques in DOE, FMEA etc
Strong leader with good communication skills in Chinese and English
Prepare to work 3-5 years in Singapore
