岗位职责： -Be responsible for coating process and cleaning process
of coating department - Coating design and simulation of
coating systems and implementation into manufacturing
-Provide technical support to manufacturing
-Manage demanding customer project to improve and
optimize the quality, output, yields and process safety
-Documentation and training of the processes
-Ensure all process instructions are correct & up to date at
all times
-Train and certify as trainers to the operators in the
processes
职位要求： -BS degree or above, major in Physics/Material
Science/ME/Process
-Techniques related fields - 1-3 years working experience
in PVD coating
-Team player ; Initiative and independent
-Good command of English written and verbal ;
-Good PC skill can use AutoCAD software is
recommended.
