· -B.S degree or above in electronics engineering, telecommunication.("R")
· -3+ years board/system level hardware design experience in telecom or embedded industry.("R")
· -Familiar with EDFA design theory, architecture, components and manufacturing process. ("D")
· -Familiar with control system theory, design and tuning. ("D")
· -Familiar with analog/digital mixed design and DVT, high speed design and test.("D") Experience with telecom technologies a plus.("D")
· -Familiar with HW circuit pack, such as Orcad, Cadence Allegro, FPGA/CPLD design tools is strong plus ,such as QuatusII, ModelSim etc. ("R")
· -Knowledge of concepts of Signal Integrity, Power Integrity, DFT, DFM and EMC, and experience with regulatory aspects (EMC, EMI, ESD, surge...) is a strong plus.("D")
· -Actual experience problem resolving, requires originality and ingenuity using knowledge gained while specializing in field.; ("R")
· -Deep understanding of hardware design and engineering process (PCB and PCBA) and quality control is required("R")
· -Fluent in both oral and written English is required.("R")
· -Good team work, self motivated, responsible, and good communication skill.("R")
