635nm，20mw，工作温度-20～50度C, 发散角要大（8，30度），TO-18(6.5mm)封装，使用在工业打线模式，质量要好，使用寿命大于10000小时。有意者发邮件联系，量大，每月5k~10k。

QSI有，但价格太贵。其他公司价格质量还可以，但发散角不够。
