标题: VOA Attenuation w/o power 指的是什么
Attenuation w/o power 有Bright和Dark两类，请问这两个有什么区别，表示的是什么？

VOA 就是可变光衰减器的简称. 对于bright and dark还真不清楚. 一般可变VOA有步进式, 连续式二种.

bright,是指没加电压时,voa插损最小.
dark反之,没加电压时,插损最大,光不能通过
