具体职位描述如下：
Position职位：Technical Engineer for Laser激光加工技术工程师
Responsibility：
职责：
1. Qualify new products and processes according to customer drawings and specification within agreed time schedule und budget. The deliverable of this function is a qualified process ready to be handed over to the manufacturing team for production.
2. Acquire necessary manufacturing skills (incl. machine programming) for assigned manufacturing step. Special emphasis on fixture design drawing, fixture making, machine programming, gauging etc.and the product/process introduction.
3. Bring new product from "drawing and specifications" to "first article inspection" (FAI) and production (handover to manufacturing engineer). Responsible for successful qualification of new product and related process.
4. Come up with fixed / frozen process with a defined process capability, which is described in a "manufacturing brochure / manual". (MI = Manufacturing Identification).
5. Define relevant quality incpection steps and implement them in "manufacturing brochure / manual". (QCI = Quality Control Identification).
6. Cooperate with related departments to make sure qualified processes are reached within agreed budegt and time schedule.
7. Assist Manufacturing Engineer in solving operative problems during production.
8. Promote innovative technology and methods to improve productivity and quality, and to reduce cost.
Requirements：
任职资格：
University education in mechanics or other related majors
At least 3-year experience in Laser drilling and EDM manufacturing field
Well recognized certificate in Laser programming and maintenance
Knowledge about drawings
Knowledge about quality control of mechanical products
English communication ability during working and training conditions
At least 3 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment, preferrably in the metals industry or turbine industry
Experience in qualifying production processes according to customer requirements
Possibly experience in leading small engineering teams

楼上的同志太不厚道了，相关工作经验是指激光打孔或者切割的工艺，或者售后，或者客服，或者结构等相关工作经验，只要是了解激光打孔工艺的。
