Job Description
POSITION: Fab Equipment Manager
LOCATION: Wuxi
REPORT TO:
DEPARTMENT: Fab Operation
Brief Description Of Job Duties:
over sees the day-to-day operations of the equipment maintenance team, Any request concerning equipment, Insuring that equipment and procedures involving equipment,
Perform direction of manpower to meet the needs of the Wafer Fab.
Daily interfacing with Facilities, Purchasing, and accounting, to insure the needs of the Fab and the equipment team are met in a timely.
Monitor daily expenses to stay within the budget. Facilitate the writing of equipment specifications for PM’s and Lock out /tag out procedures.
Facilitate the training of all equipment team members, this training includes maintenance procedures and more importantly safety training.
Complete weekly input of Flextime tracking in the E-Time system.
