具体参数如下：
直径12.7 ，H 9.5 or 10 mm
Beam Deflection: 180° ± 5"
Material: optical glass BK7, fine annealed
Dimension: ±0.15mm
Wavefront Distortion: λ/8
Surface Quality: 20-10 scratch-dig
Coatings: 1064nm AR anti-reflection film for entrance faces. The reflection face is aluminum coated with black or white paint for protection.
要求3个直角面的两面角误差为负基本接近且绝对值不大于两秒。
