职位描述/要求：
工作内容：
1、Work with Engineering and manufacturing to review pre and post production process variables, problem areas, required inspection tooling, and required documentation；
2、Conduct engineering and QA all process audit as required to comply with quality planning control and related inspection standard；
3、As Kaizen team key member, help QA Mgr to finish from plan , Implement , milestone monitor and follow up each Kaizen project；
4、Assistant Quality manager, to execute the 2ndand 3rd party audit and yearly product
audit, and than hold the abnormal and implement verify corrective actions, include standardization for our all process and related Part .No；
5、Responsible for check and evaluating related operation standard of quality process , update Quality operation criterion , to ensure sop and training；
6、Coordinate the preparation of reports from scrap, new sample ,. Recommend changes to methods, equipment and personnel to improve quality and reduce costs. Discuss and resolve quality concerns with other departments within the Division such as engineering, production supervision and also with external customers, as appropriate；
7、Manage and track corrective actions for testing, measuring and related equipment, include some experiment issue by outside Lab；
8、Assists Marketing and Production in solving customer； complaints regarding to quality issues and follow up actions；
9、Other specific jobs which are instructed from Quality manager。
资质要求：
1.University degree or above in (electronic engineering and semiconductor background; optronics is preferred)；
2.Minimum of 5 years of QC experience with at least 2 years Quality managerial position in electronic or related industry；
3. Profound knowledge of QS9000, ISO9000, ISO/TS16949 quality system standard；
4. A direct experience of Statistical Process Control techniques is strictly necessary. Such as SPC, MSA, PPAP, FMEA, Control plan etc；
5. Knowledge of optical lens and optronics field；
6. Be patient in problem explanation；
7. Knowledge of Kaizen and project improvement is preferential；
8. Good team player, self motivated, strong consciousness of quality and interpersonal skills；
9.Computer, knowledge of word ,excel and PPT processing and related softwares relevant to the job；
10.Good verbal and written communication skills in English。
