摘 要:采用酸腐蚀法制备防眩玻璃,通过酸抛光处理防眩玻璃得到抛光玻璃,再对防眩玻璃和抛光玻璃进行化学钢化。通过2TB型微控电子万能试验机(WDW3020)测试不同玻璃的断裂强度,采用光学轮廓仪NT9100观察玻璃表面的三维立体形貌特征。实验结果发现防眩玻璃和抛光玻璃表面的缺陷和微裂纹较多,同时其断裂强度比玻璃原片有所下降。经过化学钢化处理,防眩玻璃的表面缺陷得到部分修复,断裂强度得到提高。
Antiglare glass was made by acid erosion. Polished glass was made by acid polishing on the antiglare glass. After above, the antiglare glass and polished glass were strengthened by chemical strengthening. The fracture strength and three dimensional surface morphology of glasses were studied by Micro-Controlled Electronic Universal Tes- ting Maehine(WDW3020)and Optical Profiler respectively. The results showed that the defects and micro-cracks of anti- glare glass were in a larger amount, thus the fracture strength of antiglare glass and polished glass were lower than that of the untreated one. After the chemical strengthening process, the defects were repaired to a certain extent and the fracture strength was improved.
