最近怎么老是登陆不上去？不是提示密码错误

最近好多朋友都说是Hotmail上不去了，但是并不是服务器的问题，因为有些人可以上去，两个方法可以解决该问题：
1，连接到改网站登陆 http://login.passport.net/uilogin.srf?id=2
2，用OE接收你的Hotmail
