摘 要:针对目前LED手电筒的广泛应用,该文设计了一个带有多种功能的,更加节能的LED手电筒驱动芯片。该驱动芯片具有低功耗、高效率、不受温度和电压影响的线性恒流特性,并且很少的外围电路。本次电路的设计基于CSMC 5V 0.35μm CMOS工艺下完成,线路的仿真验证基于cadnce软件,通过spectre仿真器仿真。
Aiming at the widely used LED flashlight,this paper designed a more fuel-efficient LED flashlight driver chip.The circuit structure is of low power consumption,high efficiency,linear constant current and few peripheral circuit etc.The circuit is designed on CSMC 5V 0.35 um CMOS basis,and verified by spectre simulator with the help of cadnce software.
