某大型集团分公司招聘副总经理，负责两个工厂的全盘运行。工作地点浙江，年薪50W～60W。要求有光电技术背景（懂光通信、激光器者尤佳）而且熟悉市场。

详细要求如下：
Job Summary：
The job holder is fully responsible to assist General Manager for management of whole factory operation to achieve company goal.
Responsibilities:

 Build up advocated culture and organizational capability to support business growth and achieve operational efficiency.
 Develop individual department targets and action plan according to company annual strategic objectives; monitor reports, KPI, finance performance measurement.
 Co-ordinate with all other departments to ensure that managers and staff are follows procedures / guidelines.
 Gather requirements from clients to cross-check all monitor report and KPI are effective.
 Monitor order processing and execution within the departments.

Qualifications:
 Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
 15 years solid experience at senior management level in R&D or manufacturing industries in which at least 5 years should be gained in sales and marketing.
 Able to work independently and dynamically to ensure high quality of services being delivered.
 Excellent negotiation, project management, problem solving skills and possess strong and clear vision to enhance company's market position.
 Strong interpersonal, leadership skills and excellent communication with good command of English and Chinese.
