Multimode Single Emitters
622nm - 1850nm Laser Diodes (76)
LDX Optronics was incorporated in 1990 and is focused on broad stripe multimode laser diodes largely in the esoteric wavelengths with an emphasis on the red laser diodes modules and Infrared wavelengths. LDX offers the widest wavelength range in the industry, with wavelengths available from 622nm - 1.8um. Packages available; 9mm, T0-18, T0-3, HHL, Butterfly, and Fiber coupled.
LDX-FC Series Fiber Coupled Laser Diodes - Multi Emitter
This fiber coupled laser diode module can use any of the LDX Optronics 100um emitter devices, which makes this a very flexible module. Available wavelengths range from 630nm to 1850nm. Multiple emitters (2, 3 and 4 emitters) can be used in a single package to develop output powers of several 100mW to 10,000mW or more.

These OEM Super luminescent Laser Diode Modules are an ideal building block for system integrators especially for fiber optic sensing and optical tomography applications. It requires only a single +5V power supply with low power consumption.
SLD Benchtop Modules (36)
These OEM Super luminescent Laser Diode Benchtop units incorporate a user-friendly front panel housing a LCD monitor display, key switch, power adjust control knob and optical connectors. A RS232 computer interface is also equipped on the rear panel. 1 MHz intensity modulation is available as an option.

QCW Bars and Stacks
Single bars packages, micro-channel cooled arrays as well as space qualified G package type stacks. Power levels up to 300W per bar at a 1% duty cycle and 150W at a 10% duty cycle. Wavelengths available from 808nm to 980nm.
