well.. it depends what area you are talking about, the object or the ccd chip? first , for the first case, Lengxue is right , you can try to measure the object or you can calibrate your lens before you take shot. for the second case, that's really a problem. for normal ccd camera, the effective area ( the area which was used for imaging) is a bit smaller than the full area of the CCD chip, You may check the specification of your camera, there may be some parameters for this. or you can check with the manufacturor. |
