猎头寻聘EDFA光学经理，年薪50万左右，工作地点上海

Position Title: Manager – Optics Design （光学设计经理）

Report to:  General Manager

Department:  Optics Dept.

Location: Shanghai

Responsibilities:

Hands-on manager to recruit and supervise highly proficient and motivated team of optical design scientists, engineers and technicians whose task it is to design the optics and integrate all the aspects of new optical communication products such as Erbium-doped fiber amplifiers, network managed subsystems, transceivers and transponders, and their sub-elements. As the leader of the team, this valued individual will establish and maintain structured development processes such as optical and integration design guidelines, design validation procedures and design review timelines. The manager should also have state of the art skills in modeling to be able to lead optical design efforts and function as a project manager when necessary. He will also work with cross functional teams in optics, electronics, mechanicals, thermals and measurements to establish overall design criteria and assess quality of designs. Furthermore, he will teach specialized skills and enhance optical design and test capabilities of team members, establish work priorities and work with other functional managers to strengthen overall development capabilities of the business, and frequently communicate with customers and product line managers to understand full set of design requirements of each project.

Requirement:

• MS/PhD in Optics, Electro-optics, Physics or Electrical Engineering with strong optics and fiber optic background required
• 5+ years of experience designing optical components or subsystems
• 2+ years of experience managing an engineering design group
• Proficiency in all aspects of English and Chinese language
• Project management experience desired
