膜系分析:
Analyze:
1.计算含吸收和色散的膜系反射率、透射率、吸收、反射和透射相移(对P分量和S分量可单独查看),R偏振度、T偏振度,反射和透射相位差
Reflectance, transmittance, absorbance, phase shift on reflection and transmission, could be computed and plotted.
2.膜料库存储有多种常用膜料的光学常数,用户可以编辑修改,以及添加新的膜料和相应的参数
Material library provided, including most commonly used materials, and user may add or edit each parameter of the materials.
3.膜系库可以存储用户优化设计的膜系以及常用膜系
Film library includes some commonly used sample films, and user may save their own optimized films here.
4.可以方便地更改膜系各种参数,软件实时显示光谱特性的变化,可编辑的参数包括入射、出射介质折射率,膜料折射率、膜层厚度,入射角度,起始波长、参考波长、终止波长等
User may change any of the film parameters during his analyzing; the change of film characteristic will be shown real-time. User may change reflective index for incident medium and exit medium, reflective index for materials, physical thickness of different film layers, incident angle and so on.
5.通过改变入射角度可以对以锥角入射的膜系进行分析
Kind of coating film based on cone angles incident can also be analyzed through different incident angle.
6.膜系最多层数200层,最多使用6种材料(如有特殊需要,可以进一步增加)
Up to 200 layers, composed of up to 6 materials (could be expended for special use) film can be designed and analyzed.
7.膜系结构输入可以使用公式,如“5(HL)”表示“HLHLHLHLHL”
“Stacks” of layers may be entered using a formula, such as“5(HL)”means“HLHLHLHLHL”
膜系设计:

1.使用Needle-Tunneling方法进行全局优化,无须输入初始结构
Using Needle-Tunneling method for globe search and optimizing , the initial coating structure could be ignored.
2.或者可以给出初始结构进行优化
Or the initial coating structure be input for optimization.
3.最多200层,6种膜料
Film composed up to 200 layers and up to 6 materials could be optimized.
4.膜料可以考虑色散,也可以直接给定N、K值,还可以给定折射率范围
The coating materials could be of disperse and absorbing. And materials reflective index could be input directly by N and K, or just a range.
5.折射率可以参与优化
Materials reflective index could be considered when optimizing.
6.使用模式轮换法,单纯型法等多种方法进行局部优化
Several methods for local optimization, such as Model-Rotate method and Simplex method.
7.可以优化参数包括:Rs, Rp, R偏振度,R, Ts, Tp, T偏振度, T, φRs, φRp, R相移差,φTs, φTp, T相移差,可以同时对不同角度、波长、参数进行优化,可以设置不同权重,优化过程中可以改变优化目标的各个参数Rs, Rp, R polarization, R, Ts, Tp, T polarization, T, φRs, φRp, |φRs-φRp|,φTs, φTp, |φTs-φTp| valve could be optimized, and different angle、wavelength range、and other parameters could also be optimized at the same time.
8.参数的最大、最小和平均值可以在选定的波长范围计算并显示
The minimum, maximum, and average values of different parameters can be computed and displayed in a certain wavelength range.
9.可以做膜系叠加,往往会有意想不到的良好结果
Film structure splicing or overlay may lead to better result.
10.对膜层的厚度可以加以限制,对超出限制的极薄层可以自动合并
Thickness limitation to each layer could be input and extra thin films beyond the limitation could be merged automatically.
11.可以方便地存储和打印优化结果
Easy to save and print optimized result.
12.与Filmonitor BS光学薄膜宽光谱在线监控系统联用会取得更佳的效果。
Better result would be got if used together with the Filmonitor BS, Broad Spectral thin film on-line monitoring and controlling system.
