关于Seidel Aberration 和 Zernike Polynomials 的问题。是不是前者是设计时计算用的？后者是测量时评估用的？ Seidel 多项式的系数W(ijk)应该如何计算呢？单位是波长还是长度？</P>

>对于如图的斜平板，聚焦光束的汇聚孔径为NA，平板的折射率是n，这时在A面和B面的波相差应该不同吧？</P>
