2. 负责相应镀膜机台的维护
3. 负责镀膜产品的质量控制
4. 协助光电子器件的产业化

实验室项目或课题简介
半导体激光工艺、性能和可靠性的提高
面向应用的封装模组

要求
任职资格：
1、激光、光学、电子、物理、化学相关专业硕士或以上学位
2、熟悉E-beam、Sputtering镀膜方法，有实际使用真空镀膜设备的经验，熟悉各种不同膜系的配置及工艺过程
3、掌握光学膜层的设计原理并熟练使用光学膜层设计软件
4、熟练使用膜层分析仪器进行折射率、反射率、透射率、吸收率的测量
5、英文熟练，能够独立查阅英文资料
6、有半导体激光、LED、光伏行业经验者优先
7、在相关半导体器件制作工艺有实际经验者优先。
7、在制造型企业工作，在产品质量改善、生产线建设、调试及量产管理有一定经验者优先
8、领悟力强、求知欲强，书面和口头表达能力好
9、诚实、细心严谨，能吃苦耐劳，具有团队精神及沟通协调能力
