招聘单位为一家美资500强企业，汽车零部件行业。

招聘的职位是：Laser Welding Process Engineer

基本要求如下：职位负责激光器在焊接方面的应用，应熟悉激光焊接工艺流程，有相关激光器维护经验（熟悉GSI的JK500/501激光器的最好），有控制方面背景。英语要好。

具体要求如下：

Key elements, duties and responsibilities:

Responsible to develop and improve the process and facilities for daily production ,
Responsible to support the FTQ and machine DT reduction,
Support the quality problem solving and Customer protecting activities as a cross function team member,
Support the new equipment qualification and new project lunch with Phase 0-2 team,
Trains, develops and evaluates subordinates.

Major Job Qualifications / Experience/Education (Required/Preferred):

University degree in Welding Engineering or related field.
At least 3 years work experience in welding process or welding equipment maintenance, laser welding knowledge is preferred,
Control and Electrical background is necessary,
Computer knowledge (MS Office software is requirement).
Good communication skills of oral and written English.
