Sales 高级销售员

岗位职责：

1.This person will lead business activities for specific
territory or market. They will seek out and qualify potential
customers and take the action required to close business.
2.They will attain both short and long-range objectives.
Achieve maximum market penetration for Telesis products
in their assigned territory or market.
3.Make recommendations for further enhancement of
Telesis product offerings to take full advantage of the
market.
4.Help in defining volume potential, price requirements,
and competitor position.

of any up-dates and/or new lines; as well as, competitive

4. This position requires the ability to carry and move demo

7. Extensive travel is required. Travel outside Asia is also

Applications Engineer 激光打标应用工程师

岗位职责：

osition Description: Responsible for sales of the
company’s custom applications. Promote and market
the custom engineering services. Work extensively with
custom application engineering group to help in defining
set criteria and specifications of custom jobs in the quoting
process as well as the design process after order. Be
able to understand design concepts for online integration
in order to provide direction on custom application
designs. Identify new markets and market needs.

In-depth knowledge of the
Company’s products and competitor’s products, sales
and marketing techniques and financial principles. Electro-
mechanical aptitude with the ability to conceptualize
designs is desirable. One to three years of professional
sales experience. Ability to organize and prioritize to meet
deadlines and goals. Strong verbal,
negotiation/persuasion, written, analytical and
interpersonal skills are required. Must be able to juggle
multiple projects and follow through on required tasks.

岗位职责：

Support the selling efforts in a manner that will ensure
customer needs, sales targets, and goals are met.
Interact extensively with customers, Representatives,
Distributors and Telesis personnel. Assists in the
development of new markets, market evaluations and
strategies. Manages leads; prioritizes, qualifies and
follows-up on leads in the field. Research and follow-up of
customer and sales problems/concerns to ensure total
resolution and customer satisfaction. Keeps abreast of
NAFTA regulations and import/export regulations.

Reports To: Customer Support Manager

Position Qualifications: Sales or customer service
experience with an international background, including
familiarity with import/export regulations and NAFTA.
Strong computer, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
are required. Mechanical and technical aptitude is a must.
Ability to speak a second language is a plus. Must be able
to learn Telesis’ products and keep abreast of all
updates and new technology. Ability to multi-task and
ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks
is required. Must be analytical, highly organized, self-

Laser Development Electrical Engineer, Sr. 高级激光电路工程师

Responsible for integration and application of analog and
digital electronic circuits used for laser systems, data entry,
motion control, sensing, actuation, communication and
display. Responsible for design and layout of electrical
enclosures, component replacement and interconnection,
thermal power, timing, and external interface
requirements. Provides test specification criteria; as well
as, providing support to manufacturing. Supervise start-up
of prototypes and test.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Position Qualifications: Bachelors degree in electrical
engineering. Proficient in instrumentation used for
diagnostics and development analysis. Programmable
logic control (PLC) and basic PC skills are required.
Minimum 10 years experience in analog and digital
electronic circuits used for laser systems, data entry,
motion control, sensing, actuation, communication and
display. Possess verbal, written, analytical and
interpersonal skills sufficient for good communication in
English. Chinese and/or Korean language skills a plus.
Possess motor skills sufficient to perform detailed

Process Lab Manager 激光打标工艺实验室经理

岗位职责：

-Administers the Process Development Laboratory
including the receipt, logging, scheduling and follow-up of
projects for external and internal customers.
-Assures the quality of the laboratory work by overseeing
the selection of the proper equipment for the application.
-Reviews laboratory reports for clarity and
comprehensiveness. Assures all fields in the report are
carefully completed to aid in key word and other searching
of the report archive.
-Develop sales by providing results and reports consistent
with customer requirements.
-Support product development with new equipment trials
prior to field release.
-Support marketing by developing new processes for target
markets.
-Ensure regular upgrade, maintenance, and calibration of
equipment to ensure maximum operating efficiencies.

-Ensure a safe laboratory environment, complying with
OSHA, LSO, etc.
-Supervises and trains all process laboratory technicians.

-Serves as a backup to the laboratory staff and assist in
periods of peak activity.
