岗位职责：
1. 负责辖区内的业务开展工作，管理及开发相应的客户网络渠道，实现公司的量化的销售业务目标；能够独立处理所负责的工作任务；
2. 根据客户需求，开展营销活动，达成销售协议；
3. 建立周、月、季度销售计划，积极完成领导布置的销售任务，完成销售目标；
4. 研究潜在细分市场，挖掘潜在客户群体，建立代理商密切合作管理；
5. 收集潜在客户资料，及时反馈市场信息（客户、产品、竞争对手、行业环境等）；
5. 对新产品具有强的自主学习能力，研究行业市场需求，及时汇总提交公司领导。

任职要求：
1. 本科以上，具有仪器、仪表、光学、光电等方面销售经验者优先，具有高校科研院所销售经验者优先；
2. 具有2年以上行业销售经验者优先；
3. 勤奋、吃苦、敬业、忠实可靠，能适应频繁出差，具有相当强的高压工作适应能力；
4. 具有良好的团队合作精神、强烈的销售热情，渴望成功及自我证明；
5. 男女不限，年龄24周岁以上。条件优越者可放宽要求。
6. 具备一定的市场分析及机会识别能力，良好的客户服务意识；
7. 热爱销售工作，具有销售素质，热爱挑战、富有激情；
8. 实习期3个月。
