摘 要:高熵合金具有高硬度、高耐磨性、高耐温性及耐腐蚀性,从而成为材料科学领域一个新的研究热点,而通过激光熔覆制备高熵合金的方法是最能达到其优越性能的制备方法之一。文中综述了高熵合金发展历史、组织研究现状、力学性能研究现状以及合金元素和微量元素(如Ti,A l,Si等)对高熵合金组织和性能的影响。在此基础上,提出了研究高熵合金组织性能的方向和途径,并对其应用前景做了分析和展望。
High entropy alloy has the advantages of high hardness,high abrasion resistance,high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance and thus become a new hot spot in materials science. Laser cladding preparation method is most likely to achieve these advantages of high-entropy alloy. This paper reviewed history and present situation of high-entropy alloy, and its metallographic structure ,mechanical properties ,and studied effect of alloy elements and trace elements (such as Ti,A1,Si) on the microstructure and properties. The research directions and approaches of the microstructure and properties of high-entropy alloy are proposed ,and its application prospects are analyzed.
