What do you want to know about it? I am also looking for the high reflection coating for GaAs or GaSb based laser diode. I know GaAs well, but little about the coating. The reflective index of GaAs is around 3.8. I think that’’s critical to the film design of coating.

中心波长1550nm，要求R98%，我试镀过，用sio2和ta2o5，第一层为ta2o5，烘烤加热230℃，还有赫尔源辅助镀膜，但膜层不牢，脱膜！！

对半导体激光器膜系计算，应该是从材料往空气入射吧，

即N0=3.5，Ns＝1，对吗？
