猎头职位：高薪诚聘 Mechanical Drafter

Position Summary:
The successful candidate will be self-motivated, creative, and extremely dependable.  The ability to work independently and productively with little supervision is important.
An extensive knowledge of materials, manufacturing techniques is necessary as well as experience with and knowledge of Laser optics.
The candidate will design and develop mechanical units from rough sketches and/or verbal instructions from engineering staff and will perform basic design calculations, prepare design concepts, layouts, and finished manufacturing drawings specifying dimensional tolerances, surface finishes, and materials.

Responsibility:
1.        Perform design, draft, development and modification of opto-mechanical components and products from moderate to high complexity under indirect supervision.
2.        Create conceptual design work, as well as implementing the designs conceived and specified by others.
3.        Generate drawings from which components or complete systems can be manufactured. This means not only individual part drawings, but complete product drawing packages. These drawings must conform to in-house standards.
4.        Prepare engineering documentation, engineering change orders, specification and source control documentation, as well as bill of materials. Will be involved in product development and design.
5.        Support prototype development, manufacturing with detailed drawing documentation, assembly procedures and test procedures.
6.        Additional responsibilities as required.

Education Required for Position:
1.        Good working attitude. Responsible and dependable.
2.        5-10 years related experience (degree not required, but may substitute for 2-3 years experience). Of these 5-7 years, at least 3 years must be in a commercial environment with companies developing and manufacturing systems and/or instruments in a volume-manufacturing environment.
3.        Have a balance of strong analytical skills and hands-on product development with a proven track record.
4.        Must have solid experience with SolidWorks.
5.        Good communication skills in Chinese and English, both oral and written.
