Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Job Discription
1.　　Lead existing technical team for ongoing production line, host regular meetings to communicate actions and status.
2.　　Communicate line status to internal/external customers and management, present data in a clear and meaningful way.
3.　　Coordinate all improvement initiatives on managed lines, improvement including:
(1)　　product yield
(2)　　capacity
(3)　　throughput
(4)　　line health
(5)　　efficiency/productivity
4.　　Ensure processes are well-documented
5.　　At least two years of experience on dealing with manufacture of active optical components.

Requirement：
1.　　Bachelor degree, in a related field of optoelectronics manufacturing
2.　　At least 5 years working experience in the optoelectronic industry.
3.　　Works systematically and persistently with online process problem solving, understands methodology to improve product manufacture, such as PFMEA, SPC, 6σcontrol，etc.
4.　　Familiar with digital communication(products, specification, assembly, test, etc)
5.　　Lean manufacturing practice will be preferred.
6.　　Fluent in written and verbal English.
7.　　Good communication skills with teamwork spirit and discipline.
