高级可靠性工程师Sr. Reliability Engineer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Evaluates, analyzes, and selects reliable materials and components for new products and technologies.2. Develops new acceleration techniques and analytical tools to assure the early identification of potential problems with new products, packaging and processes;3. Participate in customer specification and requirements review and then determine relevant reliability test plans based on project needs and also be responsible for the execution of tests and monitor progress of reliability and qualification program.4. Take the lead for related data collection and analysis and then produce formal reports for customers. 5. Reliability Assessment/Requalification on Engineering Changes6. Risk Assessment on Manufacturing Defects or Field Returns 7. Material Analysis Support



REQUIREMENTS:1. MS (material, optical, physics) with 3 years above working experience2. Material science background essential; 3. Experience with reliability techniques and analysis to qualify product reliability;4. Experience with advance reliability testing techniques;5. Experience with Root Cause Failure Analysis;6. Outstanding communication and presentation skills in both Chinese and English7. Self-motivated and directed to work with minimal supervision;8. Ability to think strategically across numerous product lines and good team member that gains the respect of others.
