关于ZEMAX中的OPD优化

请教：许多资料里都说有些设计在最后达到衍射极限时，最好再用OPD优化。请问在ZEMAX中如何用OPD方法优化？有哪些常用的操作数呢？

OPD(Optical Path Difference), "Wavefront"  should be considered.
The Path:
Merit Function Editor->Default Merit Function->Choose "Wavefront"

Right,Buddy.OPDX is Default Operand.
Enter it by the Default Merit Function tool,Not Manually.
