You guys do not understand the situation. Prof. Xu 's project is the way to amplified fs laser, but I do not know the exactly the project of Physics Institute. I read one paper from Wei's group which is ugly. Any way, the commercial fs laser is easy to get under 20fs. One I am doing by myself is somehow too short, which is about 16fs. And what I am using just commercial TS and mirrors.

The fs is not aims now, but as laser.

To my knowledge, the fs lasers oscillation of Prof. Wei have been sold to Japan. This is pretty

cool I think. You should know you can not judge only by the papers. Sometimes papers is garbage.

世界上第一个产生4~5飞秒的人是中科院西安光机所的程昭在奥地利实现的,现在是西安光机所的百人计划之一,另外中科院北京物理所的魏志义老师也能做了!

They are much cheaper than Spectro Physics and Coherent.

物理所的是便宜,不过稳定性比相干和光谱的要差一些了,不过在国内来说他们做的算不错了
