你这个确实说的太笼统了,起马给个波长什么的。
我以前倒是做过一个和你说的参数类似的激光器,是微片式固体激光器,被动调Q,四倍频,输出光波长为266,脉冲宽度为1ns,频率10K,单脉冲能量0.1uJ。

如果出高一些的价格,可以用BBO电光调Q来事先.
如果频率稳定性不要求,可以用Cr/Nd:YAG被动自调Q实现.

Pulsed ns 532 Laser
Our 532-Q laser heads are just a few cm longer than the well known 1064-Q lasers. The frequency doubling is done with state of the art walk off compensation which leads to a conversion efficiency of more than 50% by just single pass through a non linear crystal. These 532-Q Lasers are well suited for LIDAR (light detection and ranging) as well as LIBS (Laser Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy) applications. We reached output powers up to 500 mW, but here you will receive a much stronger pulse to pulse timing jitter. More details can be found in the corresponding datasheets below. For different specifications, please contact us directly. We also develop customer specified laser systems.
