摘 要:为在全天域范围内检测发射系统的光轴平行度,提出了一种检测方法并设计了检测结构。该方法利用系统上安装的可见光探测器实现检测,而且检测结构带入的误差可以通过标定测量被确定并剔除,所得结果具有较高精度。首先介绍了检测原理、检测结构及装调;然后利用矢量旋转与坐标变换方法,分析了反射镜角度变化与结构带入误差的关系;最后进行了自重变形实验,确定了检测时结构在不同位置的变形,完成了平行度检测试验,剔除结构带入误差并最终确定了系统平行度。结果表明:检测结果与真值的偏差在2″以内,满足使用要求。
To detect the all-sky optical-axis parallelism of the beam launching system,a detection method was proposed and the detection devices were designed. This method works with the visible-detector on the system,and the errors that introduced by detection devices can be measured and wiped out,thus the detecting results are of high precision. Firstly,the principle,the devices and its assembly are introduced; then the relationship between reflector angular variation and the introduced errors is analyzed according to the transformation of coordinates and vector rotation.Finally,an experiment was done to ascertain the deformation of the device,and the introduced errors were wiped out.The parallelism of the system was determined at last. The results show that the deviation of detection results with the actual value is within 2″.
